We want every homeowner who reaches Equallyeffort Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Equallyeffort Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Georgia.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
